Analysis of your work email

What does your work mailbox reveal about your ways of working. For example how many emails you receive by year, month, week or day. How quickly do you respond? How quickly do others respond to you? What times of the day do you reply to emails? More interestingly what does such analysis tell you about your team member’s ways of working?

When thinking about this I found Xobni – https://www.xobni.com/

Xobni (“inbox” spelled backwards) makes your inboxes and address book smarter by making it easy to search and discover all your contacts. Xobni, Smartr Inbox, and Smartr Contacts automatically find all the people with whom you’ve ever exchanged emails, calls, or SMS messages. They instantly provide a full view of each contact, complete with their photo, job title, company details, and email history – as well as updates from LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter. In addition Xobni for Microsoft Outlook allows you to analyse your mailbox.

Below is the analysis of my work mailbox on my current project.
